Who Should i start in Week 1 of fantasy football?

My team goes QB,WR,WR,RB,RB,TE,W/R,K,DEF. My starters are Carson Palmer, Torry Holt,Roy Williams,Frank Gore,Willie Parker Dallas Clark(Already Played) and Willis McGahee. My back-ups are Jake Delhomme, Warrick Dunn, Javon Walker, John Horn. A nd i have two defenses New England and Denver. Is my starting line-up find if not who should i replace them with, and also which Defense should i chose
