Me and my boyfriend are 26 + want to go on holiday in june not too hot not long flight but 5* any ideas?

dont want clubbing place but would like few bars and plenty of restaurants. wouldnt rule out hotel based if fab. want to make this a holiday to remember but i dont like travelling for too long. thinking not in europe... any ideas or am i asking too much lol !
