How to calculate cost of restaurant gratuity?

I am planning a banquet of 26 and the restaurant I am planning on going with has a gratuity of 18%. The meal that I want to go with would be 26 dollars per person. I just wanted to know how I can figure out how much more would be added on to that when u add on the gratuity. Thanks!
