INTERFAITH MARRIAGE: JEWISH WOMAN MARRYING FILIPINO MAN IN CATHOLIC CHURCH IN THE PHILIPPINES?

you can obviously marry whoever you want where ever you want etc, but how can a jewish rabbi, who is supposed to be following the torah as his law book, consent to you marrying a non jew if it's against the rules or the torah?
