Will a warm bath help my period to start?

My cycle is completely tainted & it always falls at the worst times lol. I'm usually pretty regular when it comes (give or take a day or two ..depending on when i don't want to start lol) Anyway, if my period were to come as scheduled then it should have started yesterday which would have been perfect, even today, but since I hope to be done by Wednesday when I see my boyfriend for the first time in 4 months..I'm thinking my cycle won't start until Tuesday or Wednesday because that's just how it goes..... I work out a lot, I've had a little cramping and bloating these last couple of days....will a warm bath help to start it??? I've looked it up but have gotten mixed reviews, I'm not on birth control or anything else that would set off my cycle.. any advice??? Thanks!
