4 weeks pregnant...is it normal for...?

So my husband & I super duper excited about our 5 positive home PTs this week! First Dr. appt is Feb. 10. The last week my were sore & tender, & last night I've been peeing every 3 hrs or so, lol! OMG I haven't peed this much N my life! Also hungry every couple hrs. Geez! LOL Well, last night my s started to become LESS sore & tender..the peeing thing kicked in, but the girls are almost feeling normal again...is that a bad sign? or do U think it's normal? Any input please..thanx. Also lotsa dull cramps in my abdomen. On a pain scale from 1-10, probably a 2 at the most. And Ive had NO morning sickness at all. None. What do U think? Normal? Not normal?
