Will I win my lawsuit in June?

I have a lawsuit w/a previous business partner.Been in the works 31/2 yrs.now over profit money never recieved for 9 yrs.Has already been cont.once.My atty.holds boxes of reciepts/Invoices etc.W/actual cash register reciepts and I have witnesses to prove all stealing that my partner did including but not limited to other Business investments behind my back and money hidden in his home and other places.Records he has are not true made up by his previous roomate accountant,My records have actual cash register reciepts dated and all of the business books.
