Who was the biggest WCW or ECW wasted opportunity during/after the InVasion in 2001?

They wasted a LOT, probably too many to list but a top 5: Booker T (should have been pushed earlier than he finally was), DDP, Lance Storm, Chavo Guerrero (still being wasted & under utilized to this day) & Jamie Noble. Ok all of these guys got title runs, but a lot of the time they were made a mockery of, and used as squash victories to build up WWE "home grown" talent. Up until his 2 recent victories, when was the last time WWE gave Chavo a clean victory over someone? Its a shame WWE time and again mively under uses its Light/Cruiser weight wrestlers.
