Who knows about these "so called" companys in Europe needing peolpe to cash checks and money orders for them?

I keep getting emails from companies offering %10 for all checks and money orders I cash for there company. They say it takes to long for them to cash the checks/money orders from the states and this would speed up the prosses for there company. Anyone know about this?
