Was rahul gandhi right about corruption in karnataka congress?

He made a blazing statement about karnataka's corruption. Was he referring to corruption in karnataka congress which made them buy MLAs and encourage horse trading? The most shocking revelation came when congress tried its best to topple the government with money and muscle power. Even more shocking is the allegation of congress buying out the governor of karnataka. Rahul gandhi is indeed right, i dont think that any indian would contradict that.
