Is there any conflict between acceptance of the Theory of Evolution and belief in God?

God creates everything perfectly. He cannot create something "primative". It has to be perfect at the very start. Saying that he created monkeys and apes first(i.e imperfectly) and they LATER become human(i.e perfect) is an insult to God. God Almighty's creations HAVE to be perfect in all forms or else it is like saying that God is unable to create perfect forms and has to wait -- and that is ungodly.
