I need help in finding a pharmacy in Ho chi minh city or vung tau, vietnam to refill my prescription meds.?

I had a severe accident a year and half ago and have a permanent, disability which forever requires pain management due to nerve and muscle damage. I am currently in Vietnam and am running low on my medicine. I have approched numerous pharmacies to refill my meds, but not having much luck finding what i need, could someone please help. I take Hydrocodone or Meperidine hydrochloride tablets.
