Fantasy Baseball Trade?

Would you accept this deal? I send Michael Young, Matt Cain, James Shields, Ichiro, and Mat Latos. In return, I receive Adrian Beltre, Shaun Mar, Brian Matusz, David Wright and Luke French. I know this decreases my pitching, but I already have Doc Halladay, King Felix, and Tim Lince, so I'm not worried about losing Cain and Latos.
